We provide routine visits Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm. We always aim to attend within a one hour time slot however occasionally emergencies may delay us. We will always try and keep you informed of our progress so please keep mobiles close to hand and always ensure we have the correct contact details for you or your representative at the time of the visit.

For those clients close to Shedfield or happy to travel you are always welcome bring your horse/pony or donkey to the Animed Equine Clinic.

Outside opening hours our vets provide a dedicated 24-hour emergency service which you can access by calling the hospital on 01329 833 112. Your call will be answered by one of our reception staff and details passed on to our equine-only duty vet. In order to ensure we can respond rapidly to an emergency new clients are restricted to the catchment area highlighted below.
